Idea generation and facilitation techniques, co-design session with project stakeholders.

Prototyping and testing
Prototyping services, from front stage experience to back stage operations.
Creating prototyping pan, testing session, collecting feedback and iteration cycles.
DAY 5
Friday 12 July
Backstage operations
Service blueprinting, connecting backstage operations with current capacity, resources, roles and support systems.
Business model, cost structure, financing and ROI.
DAY 6

Presentation and feedback
Adoption strategy, implementation plan and integration.
Pitch of design intervention and service deliverables.
