Clarity making session on service design tools and frameworks,
sharing expectations and challenging design perspectives.
Team activity and design challenge launch.

DAY 2

Tuesday 9 July

Field research

Immersion into design research, techniques and practice.
Collecting knowledge, discovering insights and field activities.
Visualising and presenting research results.

DAY 3

Wednesday 10 July

Reframing and ideation

Reframing the problem, from research statements to brainstorming questions.
Idea generation and facilitation techniques, co-design session with project stakeholders.

DAY 4

Thursday 11 July

Prototyping and testing

Prototyping services, from front stage experience to back stage operations.
Creating prototyping pan, testing session, collecting feedback and iteration cycles.

DAY 5

Friday 12 July

Backstage operations

Service blueprinting, connecting backstage operations with current capacity, resources, roles and support systems.
Business model, cost structure, financing and ROI.

Evening Special!
Service Design Drinks informal networking with talk by iDIB Group.

saturday 13 July

Presentation and feedback

Adoption strategy, implementation plan and integration.
Pitch of design intervention and service deliverables.
Group coaching and feedback session.
